What guilds have you been in: Mad Hatters Tea Party, Totally Secret Society
Reason for leaving your last guild, including if you left on good terms (Don't give a weak answer): Left Hatters due to an issue with a guild officer. Long story short, he was being two-faced about having issues with certain people...took personal shots at me as person, not just a player and I chose to leave rather then be subjected to it anymore.

What is your current talent spec (point wise) and why did you pick specific talents?
57/14/0 Mainly a cookie cutter build, will more than likely switch around some elem talents since they're no longer needed (i.e. drop pushback talent to put points back into convection for mana)
What raiding experience have you had?
Vanilla - MC/ZG/AQ 20/BWL/UBRS (when it was 10 man lol)
BC - TK, Gruul's, SSC, Kara
WoTLK- 10/25 Naxx/VoA/EoE/Ony/Uld/ToC, ICC 10 to Prof Putricide

For Tanks - What is your role as part of a tank group in a raid?
For DPS - Except in certain rare circumstances of a freak bubble or death, its always on the DPS if they pull aggro or not. With the amount of information available on encounters and with addons like omen, there's absolutely no reason why dps should pull aggro IF they are paying attention.
For Healers - As nice as quick reflexes can be, its far more important to know the encounter and be able to gauge when damage will be coming in. On progression fights, knowing when the next big wave of damage is going to hit might make the difference between a 1st kill or 20th wipe.

Timezone and When you are normally around (Servertime): Pacific Time, usually on from 3pm server time till midnight.
Raid Time - We raid Tues Wed Thur, and Sun. from 6 - 9pm server. Can you commit to at least three of these nights for the full three hours on a regular basis? Yes I can.

Are a social player? Yes I am
Are you Proactive enough to get runs going? For most things yes, I'm still working my way through the new wings in ICC so I normally don't lead those bosses.
Do you like/have experience leading runs? or Raids? I do, and enjoy it with the right people.

IF not, Who recommended MD to you? Just always heard good things about you all.
If no one then how did you find out about us?
What do you want and expect of MD : Honestly I know you all aren't looking for more raiders at the moment, but I have to start somewhere. I'd be happy with just getting the occasional random spot in raid if someone fails to show or can't stay. I like raiding, but I know you have to pay your dues a bit to get in with people who are competent.

Hey Ciarak, thanks for your App. Unfortunately we really do not have any raiding spots available. We are quite full, and have many backups as it is. However if you would still like member status, we can see what we can do.
