What guilds have you been in:
Since the beginning of Vanilla wow i have been in Cobra Commandos, We Wipe on Trash, and I was recently Co-Gm of Bloodshed.
Reason for leaving your last guild, including if you left on good terms (Don't give a weak answer): An unfortunate event put the guild in a unrecoverable state, making it impossible to form raids. But Currently still in Bloodshed till i have another guild to move too.
Who are your alternate characters (please post any guilds they are in): Deathrin (rogue 80) Also in Bloodshed
Skill
What is your current talent spec (point wise) and why did you pick specific talents?
Currently my spec is 60/11/0, this is my strongest healing spec. Since i have a large number in the disc tree let me explain the reason why i didnt take certain talents. unbreakable will and martyrdom are skills rather unless in raiding more pvp based. The only time i see unbreakable will be useful is if there was an instance that was solely based off fears, and when that time comes i will adjust accordingly. Silent resolve helps but not enough to use points, i felt it was more useful to use those points somewhere else. And as for imp mana burn....definitely not. But the rest of my talents are benefiting my healing and my gameplay in some sort of way.
What raiding experience have you had? (Van/BC/LK - Bosses/Instances)
Ive been playing since Vanilla wow and I have been all the way to the twin emps in Vanilla with Cobra Commandos, and i've been all the way to the twins in BC on horde side, and in LK i have been to every encounter in the game up to Professor Putricide on 10 man and Rotface on 25 man with Bloodshed. I have also been the Co-GM of the guild Bloodshed since its forming, we were able to clear every instance in 25 man up to Rotface in 25 man ICC.

For Tanks - What is your role as part of a tank group in a raid?
For DPS - Who's fault is it if someone pulls aggro and why?
For Healers - Whats more important, knowing when damage is going to happen or quick reflexes?
I think its a matter of both, while healing someone that I've been given, there's so much going on during encounters you need to be able to predict how much damage someones going to take and be able to heal unexpected damage on random players. Because certain events during encounters are unexpected, and you must be able to adjust accordingly.

I'm eastern time, but i work and have classes to go to. I only go to classes Mondays and Tuesdays and the rest of my classes are online. My work schedule varies every week. But depending on my work schedule, i can make 3 if not four nights of raiding.
Raid Time - We raid Tues Wed Thur, and Sun. from 6 - 9pm server. Can you commit to at least three of these nights for the full three hours on a regular basis? Yes i can.

I've always kind of looked up to Manifest, and have been tempted several times to app to the guild but always had other plans come up.
What do you want and expect of MD:
I want a laid back guild when not raiding but when raiding i want to see endgame content, and do what is necessary to get the job done. I expect MD to be a solid guild with knowledgeable players and committed raiders.
