Reason for leaving your last guild, including if you left on good terms (Don't give a weak answer): Left on good terms, was an officer. Guild leader quit and it sort of fell apart.

Skill
What is your current talent spec (point wise) and why did you pick specific talents? Shadow 13/0/58, I chose this spec because imo and experience it is best for raids, pumps out more dps.
What raiding experience have you had? I raided all end game in BC except for Sunwell and all current endgame in wrath. ( There are a few bosses in ICC I haven't physically attempted but I have done quite a bit of reading and video watching.
Answer atleast 1 question below as detailed as possible
For Tanks - What is your role as part of a tank group in a raid?
For DPS - Who's fault is it if someone pulls aggro and why? It is the dps's fault for not watching their own threat.
For Healers - Whats more important, knowing when damage is going to happen or quick reflexes?

Timezone and When you are normally around (Servertime)
Raid Time - We raid Tues Wed Thur, and Sun. from 6 - 9pm server. Can you commit to at least three of these nights for the full three hours on a regular basis? Yes I can, I am on the East coast.
Guild/Team Dynamics
Are a social player? Yes
Are you Proactive enough to get runs going? Yes
Do you like/have experience leading runs? or Raids? Yes.

Do you speak on vent? Yes
Do you run MODS or are open to running them: Dominos, x-perl, DBM, Omen, and some others

Do you know anyone in MD? I know Protect and I ran ToGC25 with quite a few MD memebers
IF not, Who recommended MD to you? No one recommended but I was talking in-game with Protect about applying.
If no one then how did you find out about us?
What do you want and expect of MD ? I expect a guild who keeps things organized but doesn't make it miserable. A guild that wants to keep improving and progressing.
