What guilds have you been in: Paradox is the only one on this server. On my previous server Shu’halo, I was in Nocturnal, I Exiled I, and Inner Circle
Reason for leaving your last guild, including if you left on good terms (Don't give a weak answer): Paradox decided to stop running two 25man raids each week. As a new guy, I got bumped. Yes, I’m leaving on good terms.
Who are your alternate characters (please post any guilds they are in): I also transferred a farming toon here, Colkyn, lvl80 paladin.
Skill
What is your current talent spec (point wise) and why did you pick specific talents? 20/51/0 because it’s supposed to be the best. I let people that are much smarter than me do the calculations.
What raiding experience have you had? (Van/BC/LK - Bosses/Instances) I was only lvl35 or so when TBC was released so I have no experience in vanilla. I spent most of my time pvping and was slow at reaching lvl70. I was kind of carried through Kara then got more serious and joined a more serious raiding guild. I was there for all of our guild-first kills including Magtheridon, Gruul, ¾ TK, 2/4 Hyjal, and 5/6 SSC. The guild was not as serious as I was promised and we never made any kills in BT or SWP but, although my achievements don’t show, I’ve gone back and cleared both since then. Uld25, toc10, toc25, togc10 all cleared. 4/5 togc25. 8 down in icc10 and so far only 7 down in icc25 but I haven’t been to either very much.

For Tanks - What is your role as part of a tank group in a raid?
For DPS - Who's fault is it if someone pulls aggro and why? Without having a specific situation, it could be anyone. It could be a poor tank or a dps that doesn’t understand something like an agro dump. In most situations, I can tell if a tank has decent agro and normally I don’t have a problem, however sometimes I make a mistake as well. I got into a H-POS a week or so ago at the last boss. I hadn’t run with this tank before and assumed it’d go as smoothly as most runs. Even with tott and feint I quickly passed his agro and died. In this case, it was my fault. Yes, he was a poor tank, but I didn’t react fast enough. I was able to modify my behavior for the next attempt and we were successful.
For Healers - Whats more important, knowing when damage is going to happen or quick reflexes?

Timezone and When you are normally around (Servertime) Central time, I’m normally on from 4p-10p weekdays and almost constantly on weekends.
Raid Time - We raid Tues Wed Thur, and Sun. from 6 - 9pm server. Can you commit to at least three of these nights for the full three hours on a regular basis? Sounds great. Yes.
Guild/Team Dynamics
Are a social player? yes
Are you Proactive enough to get runs going? I was raid leader for one of my previous guilds, so yes. I don’t do it much anymore but I can when I need to.
Do you like/have experience leading runs? or Raids? Like leading? Sometimes. Experience leading? Yes.
Do you have access to Ventrilo: yes
Do you speak on vent? I can but I tend to stay quiet during 25’s. I talk a little more during 10’s but kind of leave it up to the raid leader.
Do you run MODS or are open to running them: Yes, Omen, DBM, and Grid are the main ones.
Do you read Forums? yes
Do you enjoy posting on Forums? Yes. I like guild forums as a form of communication. I think it’s important to share info and have it available to each person at their own leisure. For instance, I didn’t find out that Paradox stopped running two raid groups for almost a week after the announcement because I wasn’t in vent at the time. I had logged out early because my group wasn’t running and the “meeting” was held at the end of the night.

IF not, Who recommended MD to you?
If no one then how did you find out about us? From pugging. I also checked wowprogress.com to find guilds that are similar in progression to where I am and want to be.
What do you want and expect of MD I want to have fun. I enjoy raiding and want a regular group to raid with. I want to be somewhere between casual and hard-core. I like a relaxed schedule but when it comes raid time, I try to be as focused and as professional as can be and I want others to do the same. I get tired very quickly of people that are not prepared, don’t have consumables, or expect to be carried.
